It came to cross my sight this certain school under ARMM and took some time to take pictures of it. The students here told me that the rooms here were of such situation long before the war has started. Looks peaceful huh! What can you say about the garbage on the playground. Or a classroom without decent doors and windows and roof, that the authorized personnel decided to abandon these classrooms. If it weren't because of concerned people, there's no such facility like this one here. Would you still want to be under Autonomy when problems like educational facilities are of these looks. The students told me that the high school buildings are also of the same looks. A li'l better compared with the classrooms here. I wanted to go further south to take some pictures of provinces under this autonomy, but authorities told me that it's a critical area and war is still in rage.

I just found out about Reader's Digest web address at Socialspark and it reminded me of my high school years when I use to hear about this book. The rebels are currently at our village's backyard as I speak. We can hear those gunshots echoing in the air. We have received an information that they are planning to bomb our village with mortar shells! It was last August 12 when we celebrated the mayor's birthday. Actually it's my mom's birthday, we used to call her mayor from a famous celebrity who became a politician namely Mayor V. People had fun eating early noon and by early night they were having a drinking spree while singing classical songs with our videoke. I was at the bakery the other day having a snack, while watching the t.v. I saw this young boy about 12 years old who was holding his bread with four fingers. Obviously one of his finger has bandage on it, out of curiosity I asked the kid why his finer was of bandage. He then replied it's itchy and aching because it has bubbles on it. Autonomy? My Muslim fellowmen in my country are asking for this autonomy in the vast plains of Mindanao. It is a fact that majority of Muslims in the Philippines resides in Mindanao and particularly at Southern Mindanao. They've been wanting such autonomy for purposes that are still unclear to me. Why? Because they've been fighting for decades and plenty of negotiations where already made but still the war never ends. Solutions have been implemented, but why does this solution don't last. Sometimes I question myself, what do they really need. I've been circling to and fro South Mindanao and North Mindanao and I've observed a lot of communities where Muslims and Christians live in harmony, and I myself have friends under the religion of Islam. Is the issue of autonomy really relevant today, or this is just a reason to camouflage hidden self centered interest by few people. I was earning Alexa points at PPP very well the past months and I'm excited to enter the top 100 as the scores keep going and my real rank keep on flying high. But as the scores get higher and higher, the crawling to top 2k is getting slower and I can't get in and break away from top 3.1k.
