One of the excellent move of our local government to resolve hunger, unemployment and related crimes was the program to teach the locals with few simple ways to employ themselves. The LGUs and a group of NGUs deployed free training programs that thought the unemployed locals of a few ways of small scale businesses.
I hope that the training will be a big help to the involved individuals and that laziness and pride will not be a reason that the aims of the authorities will only lead to frustrations.
