What's? Cooki'n

Just came from surfing at www.GreatAmericanSeafoodCookOff.com, the fifth annual seafood cook off is already posted and I found all the recipes to my liking, because I love seafoods!

While looking on the photos of the dishes, I feel like it’s turning me into a gourmet hunter, and now I’m getting hungry! I wanted to try all of it because actually all those dishes are new to me and I’m sure are also to my tongue’s taste buds!

With all the recipes on the list I wanted to try and reinvent Pan Roasted Glazed Rockfish by Chef Tafari Campbell of Maryland with Peas and Carrots. This recipe is rare in my town and I wanted to taste such dish. If I were to cook this recipe I would love to add a plate of steamed rice and a fermented fish with a twist of calamansi as a sauce and some seaweed salad. I find seaweeds good after a roasted seafood dish, it satisfies the hunger more and the meal very enticing that makes me indulge for more!

With the recipes at the site you may want to introduce the dishes locally at your place. With too many usual recipes you’ve been cooking at home or at your own restaurant, why not try these seafood recipes and put a new sense of taste with your tongue or your customers’ tongues!

Just check the recipes at this site www.GreatAmericanSeafoodCookOff.com. Add a twist with your local recipes with a few of a state side taste and enjoy a new experience with dishes out of your local markets’ boundaries
